3-Step Approach
STEP ONE
Build UP provides students with a quality academic experience that prepares them for college or career.
STEP TWO
Students engage in career-connected experiences in which they participate in work-based learning courses and paid internships in high-demand career fields.
STEP THREE
Post graduation students are supported to choose a pathway towards college or a high-demand career and have the opportunity to purchase an affordable home with equity.
